How is boarding priced?
Per night, with the business's drop-off and pick-up times on the listing. Daycare is per day.
What sizes do they take?
Each service lists the pet sizes it accepts. If your pet's size isn't on the list, the app won't let you book it.
When is my card charged?
When the business accepts, within 48 hours. Not at request.
Can I book a stay across several nights?
Yes. Pick the drop-off day and the number of nights; every day has to be free with that business.
What about vaccinations?
Keep them in your pet's health record and share the care sheet at booking so the host already knows.
